Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy:
Empathic Counselling is not a crisis service. If you are currently experiencing severe symptoms of mental illness, addiction or suicidal ideation, please call 000 in an emergency or present to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.
Empathic Counselling Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Please note that pre-payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. For more information about this, please refer to the FAQ page. If you need to reschedule your appointment and give at least 24 hours notice via email, your payment will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment time. If you give less than 24 hours notice, your payment will not be carried over and you will forfeit the fee. If you decide to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit the fee. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of Empathic Counselling.
